V-Grove is a thin white line, or black, depending on the color of the mat core, which is carved on top of the mat around the perimeter of the art. It adds elegancy and formality to the mat by subtly underlining the art. Now with our new technology we are also able to carve figures, letters, and different intricate designs to further enhance the beauty and uniqueness while making the piece of art more valuable.
